In a wide range of industries involving heavy duty activities, hand injuries are a major issue as hands are vulnerable when exposed to impact and crushing forces.

When a tool or falling object knocks the hand, energy is transferred, and serious injuries can be caused (pinches, bruises, fractures, cuts).

To mitigate and shield from impacts, MAPA PROFESSIONAL has designed brand new gloves : EXONIT 852 & 853, with or without cut protection, featuring an impact protection structure with a superior dexterity.

Why are the gloves impact-resistant ?

EXONIT 852 & 853 are developed with high quality material: Thermo Plastic Rubber (TPR) impact-absorbing padding.

TPR material has multiple benefits such as:

Impact mitigation
Great flexibility
Resistance to intense use
Lightweight to limit hand fatigue.

On the back of the hand, the one-piece TPR pad sewn on the textile provides a full coverage without interfering on movement for optimal protection, great comfort, and improved lifespan.

TPR coverage disperses impact force energy leading to an average impact force of <7kN.

Additional features to heavy duty tasks

The gloves are composed of reinforced ergonomic palm pads to increase comfort during heavy duty works, while the nitrile crotch reinforcement between thumb and index improves durability.

Premium grip in oily environments

In heavy duty environments such as Oil&Gas industries, the workstations can be very dirty, greasy, slippery.

Exonit 852 and 853 have been made with Grip & Proof Technology to provide a premium grip when handling oily pieces and prevents the risk of falling objects.

Cut protection

Exonit 853 provides a ISO level D cut protection while keeping its flexibility.
